Baker Hughes recruiting for Customer Service Rep II

Education/Experience/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years experience. Industry background preferred.

Skills/Knowledge: Problem-solving skills. Familiar with order entry software and processes. Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties/Responsibilities: Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders. Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order delivery process. Coordinates transfer of slow moving inventory within distribution system. May ddeal with multiple product line(s) and handle multiple or single entity support. Handles special projects as assigned.
