We are a consultant firm based in Lagos. Our clients from various establishments want us to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. BANKING OFFICERS (REF AC 004)
· Qualified candidates are required to work in a Bank located in the Northern Part of the country.
· Interested candidates must be from any of the Northern States.
2. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS (REF AP 005)
Duties/Responsibilities
· Excellent time management and organization skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Achieving business objectives to meet revenue goals, source and market
· Building and expanding business partnerships with targeted key industry.
· Maintaining good relationship with customers
· Implement Strategies & Plans to achieve targeted Sales and Business growth.
Qualification: Minimum of a university degree (preferably in Social Sciences/Marketing)
3. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (REF AP 006)
· Provide HR information
· Ensuring that all admin functions (Staff pension, health insurance claims etc) are properly managed
· Coordinating staff training
· Managing the admin staff & overseeing all activities within the organization
· Very Sound HR experience with good knowledge & understanding of Nigeria Law
· Legal background will be an advantage
Qualification: Minimum of a University degree (preferably in admin or HR)
4. ADMIN OFFICER (REF AP 007)
· Creating and maintaining of all employee files
· Inventory management and office procurement
· Monitoring of mails, telephone calls and making invoice payments
· Screening job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience
· Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
· Good knowledge of general office procurement, inventory management, documentation and filling of reports.
Qualification: First Degree / HND in related field
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE/FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (REF AP 008)
Duties/Responsibilities
· Welcoming visitors and clients and attending to them politely.
· Answering of telephone calls, giving information to callers and routing calls to appropriate staff and placing outgoing calls.
· Developing new systems and procedures to improve customer service efficiency
Qualification: A minimum of BSc Degree in any of the Social Sciences
6. DRIVER (REF AP 009)
· Must possess OND certificate with good communication skills
· Must possess a valid drivers’ licence
· Must have been driving for 7 years or more
· Must be physically fit
Also required are the Services of the following to work in one of the THREE STAR HOTELS located in Victoria Island Lagos.
1. WAITERS 2. SECRETARIES 3. CATERERS
4. FRONT DESK OFFICERS 5. CLEANERS
6. I.T. PROFESSIONALS (2 to 5 years experience)
Experience in Hotel Management is required
